Steph completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree at Australian Catholic University in 2019 and started her physiotherapy career in a private practice in Brisbane.
Steph grew up in Brisbane and decided that it was finally time for a change from the big city. Having family in Bundaberg, she was excited to move to the region. Steph joined Quay Street Physiotherapy in late 2020 to continue her physiotherapy career.
Her passions are treating all musculoskeletal conditions and teaching pilates to all ages. Special interests include treating headaches, neck, and jaw, as well as sports injury rehabilitation.
Steph has gained certification and experience in teaching mat work pilates and as a sports trainer for various sporting teams. She is dedicated to her learning and participates in ongoing professional development.
Her personal interests include long distance trail running, swimming, netball and maintaining her general fitness and well-being.
Steph is excited to be a part of the Quay Street Physiotherapy team and feels lucky to work with such an experienced team of physiotherapists. She is committed and eager to continue learning from our experienced physiotherapists to deliver the best possible outcomes for all her patients.
Steph is a current member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association.
