Stella joined Quay Street Physiotherapy in 2021 upon completion of her Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) degree through Central Queensland University in 2020. Growing up locally in Bundaberg, Stella is eager to begin her career as a physiotherapist in the region she calls home. Stella is interested in treating a variety of musculoskeletal injuries and gaining experience in all areas of physiotherapy, however, has a particular interest in sporting injuries and the neck.
In her spare time, Stella enjoys playing and volunteering at her local soccer club whom she has been a part of for the past 18 years. Throughout her university studies, Stella took on many opportunities to grow and expand her knowledge, by volunteering at local sporting events and carnivals. The confraternity rugby league and QISSN carnival held in Bundaberg in 2019 was highlighted as one of Stella’s achievements and a great experience volunteering in the field of physiotherapy.
Stella is thrilled to be a part of the Quay Street Physiotherapy team and is excited to gain knowledge and learn as much as possible from the experienced team. Stella is always open to further expanding on her knowledge and looks forward to undertaking further courses in the near future. Stella is a current member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association.
Stella has just commenced Balance and Bones Classes at Quay Street Physiotherapy which focuses on strengthening, balance and cardio exercises; a great initiative.
We pride ourselves on servicing the community, and with 7 Physiotherapists on staff, we endeavour to provide treatment in a timely manner.
