Laura Greenhalgh

Laura has recently joined the Quay Street Physiotherapy team - moving back to her hometown of Bundaberg after studying and working as a Physiotherapist in Brisbane. After graduating from The University of Queensland in 2009 she worked in a busy sports private practice on the Southside of Brisbane seeing a variety of patients. Laura was the Physiotherapist for the Queensland U/21’s Netball team in 2010 and the U/17’s team in 2010 and 2011 - the latter of which won a state medal. She has also worked as a Physiotherapist for the Junior International Tennis circuit and Sunnybank Rugby Union Premier Colts team.

Laura has a special interest in headaches, tennis elbow, vestibular rehabilitation particularly BPPV and breathing and performance in athletes. Laura is a qualified Pilates instructor and has completed post graduate training in Acupuncture and Dry Needling. Laura is a member of The Australian Physiotherapy Association and Sports & Cardiorespiratory association.

Laura is a keen sportswoman and enjoys running, swimming, table tennis and volleyball. In her spare time she attends trivia nights and wakeboards.
