WorkHab Functional Capacity Evaluations

Andrew Logan is a trained provider for WorkHab - Australia's most practiced system for the delivery of Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs).

Functional Capacity Evaluations are used to objectively measure functional abilities and disabilities of clients in their return to work. The WorkHab system involves the completion of a series of postural tolerance tasks, fitness and strength tests and functional carrying / lifting / pushing / pulling tasks. These tests are designed to simulate working conditions, providing the client - and their workplace - with accurate objective guidelines on their safe, pain free, abilities.

The use of the WorkHab system allows for more specific and accurate functional recommendations to be set in place, decreasing the risk of re injury at home and at work.

With the use of the WorkHab FCE system, Quay Street Physiotherapy is also able to perform Pre-Employment Work Screening assessments as required.
